4 Tips to Improve Memory & Focus

Struggling with memory or focus? 🧠

I recently came across an intriguing newsletter from Harvard, and it struck me because I realized I've been unknowingly applying the same tips to improve focus and memory 🤯

It's fascinating how simple adjustments in our daily habits can make a significant difference.

Here are the four tips—might be useful for you 😉

💬 Engage fully in conversations: Everybody is guilty of getting distracted mid-conversation. Try your best to give your full attention, listen closely, and ask for clarification if needed.

🤔 Paraphrase if confused: If you’re unsure if you got what the others said right, summarize what you've heard to confirm understanding and ensure clarity.

🤫 Choose quiet environments for conversations: It might be fun to catch up in a bustling restaurant, but if you find it difficult to focus, opt for quieter settings instead to minimize distractions

✅ Focus on one task at a time: We might have been told that multitasking is efficient—however, multitasking can dilute your focus and reduce efficiency. Concentrate on one activity at a time to enhance your productivity.

It's incredible how these straightforward strategies can make such a difference! Try these out and let me know what you think 🙂‍↕️
