A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THIS MODULE

Burnout in the workplace started even before the COVID-19 pandemic had its first case.

The pandemic only made the situation worse for everyone, and healthcare workers are not exempted. Regrettably, this lead to more suicide attempts and higher rates of burnout among Australian doctors.

This module will guide healthcare professionals on how to combat burnout in their workplace by identifying the factors, symptoms, and the corresponding solution.
