A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THIS MODULE

Judging someone’s value based on how he dresses, talks, and interacts is the same as staring at the small iceberg on the ocean’s surface without knowing how big it is underneath.

Knowing one’s favorite hobbies, drinks, colors, and other trivial ideas does not completely tell how that person behaves, thinks, and lives. True values do not require physical appearance, rather these are behaviours and perspectives created through time.

This module will help in evaluating one’s true value focusing on the identity, strengths, character, and capabilities of an individual, rather than the physical attributes, titles, and profession.

Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:
● Explain the essence of identity
● Identify the values using the 5-step exercise
● Create own definition of success
● Evaluate the strengths and their contribution to one’s value and identity
● Analyze the level of confidence

  • ● Knowing the identity–not the job title
    ● Walking the values

    ● Redefining success

    ● Transforming strengths into power

    ● Building confidence
